Fearless Leader. Inspiring Entrepreneur.
Dynamic Speaker. Meet Denny LaVé.

For more than 25 years I've been building things.

Seattle's showcase Climate Pledge arena

I’ve helped build things you know, like Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena.

My company has built multiple data centers as well.

I’ve helped build things that are behind the scenes, like massive data centers.

My company, PPE, LLC

And I’ve helped build a company that has grown into a force in its industry.

Now, I’m helping businesses and their leaders become builders, too.

Who is Denny LaVé?

Founder Denny Lavé

In over more than 25 years in construction, I’ve climbed 500-foot radio towers, dangled by my feet high in the air, and done other daunting things to get jobs done. But that’s not really the reason I’ve earned a reputation as a fearless leader.

The real reason is that I’m not afraid to question, to dig deeper, to move out of my own comfort zone and inspire people to move out of theirs—all in the pursuit of continuous improvement and sustained excellence.

You might say I’ve been on a journey of discovery since I spent two years exploring Europe decades ago, a trip that included time spent reflecting and pondering at a French monastery.

After that transformative experience, I achieved journeyman status as an ironworker, managing projects throughout the Rocky Mountains and California, before eventually putting down roots in the Pacific Northwest. In 2008, my father and I launched Precision Precast Erectors, a company that continues to grow and thrive thanks to our strong culture, our dedicated people, and our commitment to doing things the right way—for our employees and our clients.

When I’m not building things—or speaking at conferences, or working with businesses who want to grow and thrive—I devote myself to being an awesome husband to my beautiful wife, Gina, a formative father to my six sons, and a faithful Catholic. (I’m not quite as devoted to my motorcycle or sailing, but I love those things, too—along with fine timepieces and reading books from my immense library.)
